NexGen Search is an executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of executives for privately held and publicly traded high growth technology companies. Founded during the financial crisis of 2009, NexGen provides retained level search services with flexible contract terms for a wide range of hardware and software applications across energy, information technology, such as smart grid and demand response; renewables, such as solar and wind; alternative fuels, biofuels, such as cellulosic ethanol, biobutanol and biodiesel and other clean technologies.
